Born and educated as an engineer in Costa Rica, Alejandro places his focus on team development, leadership and partner relationship building.
He currently serves as CEO for Square Codex, a fast-growing Costa Rican – United States company focused on staff augmentation for North American businesses – the perfect nearshore option for companies who are in search of highly skilled software developers and other technical talent to expand their engineering teams quickly.
Prior to founding Square Codex, in 2011, Alejandro co-founded Costa Rican Idioms, an urban dictionary iOS app that was featured on CNN, Facebook and Apple’s App Store.
