Oz Uzuner is a ruthless operator and growth leader with years of proven hands-on experience in executing growth strategies and building & leading cross functional teams to hit aggressive growth, revenue and profitability targets. Expert level of knowledge and experience in growing and operating early to mid-stage startups in B2C space with focus on fintech vertical and unbanked/underbanked segment. Since Oz joined Steady in 2018 he has been leading all growth initiatives and working as an integral part of the executive team as the COO on various initiatives ranging from fund raising to monetization. Prior to joining Steady Oz was part of the early executive team at LendUp where he led all user growth initiatives before running the loans business as the GM. At LendUp Oz helped the company to raise over $500M in VC capital and deployed over $1B in loan originations.
