Michael Ellis, Flywire’s Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the company’s financial and treasury operations. With 30 years of experience, he brings a tested and proven approach to these functions ranging from solving accounting and reporting challenges for large, complex businesses to driving scale and building capital efficiency within high-growth and early stage enterprises.
Prior to Flywire, Michael was the CFO at two other Financial technology companies (CashStar and Eze Castle Software) after spending nearly a decade in Public Accounting with PwC and Grant Thornton. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and politics & government from Ohio Wesleyan University.
