With over 10+ years of experience on Wall Street structuring equity and debt financing for private and public companies including Citibank and Robertson Stephens, Andrea spent 2+ years conducting a global study on women investors. She witnessed first-hand the growing demand among women (and men) to invest more capital in private companies, particularly innovative and purpose-driven companies founded by gender-diverse teams. This research led her to author Harness the Power of the Purse: Winning Women Investors (2015, Rare Bird Books).
