In 2021, Cathleen was named “Top 100 Diverse Leaders in Tech” Award by National Diversity Council for exceptional leadership qualities and organizational impacts.
Cathleen has served on both non-profit and enterprise Advisory Board as Finance Chair for over a decade. Most recently, she served as an enterprise Advisory Board member and contributed to a successful IPO of Upwork. In 2022, Cathleen was named “Top 50 Women Leaders in Finance” Award by Women We Admire org for exceptional value creation capabilities in Corporate Finance arena.
Currently, Cathleen serves as Global CFO and Strategic Advisor in high growth SaaS and PaaS ventures that drive Industry 5.0 across the globe.
