Dan Teran is the CEO and co-founder of Managed by Q, the platform for office management. Founded in 2014, Q is building an operating system for offices and currently manages office operations for thousands of companies in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Boston.
Q is committed to making the world work better by using technology to create good jobs and support small businesses, and has been recognized by the White House, Department of Labor, MIT, and others as a leading voice in the national conversation around the future of work.
Prior to co-founding Q, Dan was a Partner at prehype, a venture development firm, co creating startups with the world’s finest corporations and entrepreneurs. Before working in tech, Dan worked in community organizing and progressive politics in Baltimore where he studied at the Johns Hopkins University.
