Doug has a tremendous amount of experience in leading the human resource function in both privately-held and publicly-traded, multinational technology companies. Most recently he was the CHRO for Coupang, an e-commerce startup based in South Korea where he was part of an aggressive growth phase as they expanded their global footprint. Prior to that, he was the Chief People Officer for Kabam, a mobile gaming startup, and Xyratex, a publicly-traded enterprise data storage company. Doug graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S in Economics.
