In short I enjoy building and scaling organisations and high performing cultures together with groups of curious, passionate and hard working individuals. What I do not enjoy is inaction, listening to excuses, spending my (or any of my colleagues’) time on politics or seeing people put personal gains/interests above the company’s. I always expect people to act in the best interest of the company and assume the best of their colleagues. In other words trust and integrity are fundamentals and the team comes before the individual.
