Jamie Adasi (pronouns: she, her, hers) is Greenhouse Software’s first Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). She’s focused on building an infrastructure that addresses the complex diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging needs of the organization and its communities through actionable teachings. With 10+ years of experience, Jamie helps leadership teams reach their highest potential by bringing people together across a variety of multiple and intersecting identities and lived experiences. Jamie is also an advocate for using data and technology to create a systems-thinking approach to DE&I. Prior to Greenhouse, Jamie held various diversity and recruiting leadership roles across higher education, nonprofits, SaaS and behavioral health.
