In the last decade, she has formalized and led company and business unit strategic planning processes for two public technology companies with revenues up to $50B and three smaller, private companies with revenues approaching $30M each.
Judy has been the driving force behind initiatives to deliver organizational change, forge new
working relationships and synergies across organizations, and establish greater transparency and accountability for the teams charged with carrying out those strategies.
As a CSO/CFO, financial planning VP, and controller at global enterprises — Cisco and SAP as well as at midsize startups –Kudelski/OpenTV, Panzura, Gigster, Judy leverages her deep financial and operational expertise to provide insight about the business while also thinking creatively about opportunities to further grow revenue and expand market share.
