Rod’s organizations have won awards for ‘best places to work’ and ‘work / live balance’ and he is known for his ability to grow and scale organizations, as well as leading significant organizational change initiatives. Rod holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, as well as having earned an MBA, and more recently completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
